JBL Control 424LP Low-Profile In-Ceiling Speaker
The JBL Control 424LP is a professional low-profile two-way coaxial in-ceiling speaker designed for commercial audio, background music, foreground music and paging applications. Part of the JBL Control 400 Enhanced Coverage Series, it provides wide and consistent sound coverage while maintaining a clean, discreet ceiling installation.
The speaker features a 4-inch treated paper cone woofer and a 0.75-inch textile soft-dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet, delivering clear vocals, music and announcements. Its 130° conical coverage helps distribute sound evenly across larger listening areas, making it suitable for commercial spaces where wide coverage is important.
With 120W continuous program power, 16-ohm direct operation and an integrated 70V/100V multi-tap transformer, the JBL Control 424LP can be integrated into both low-impedance and distributed commercial audio systems.
Its bezel-less magnetic steel grille, low-profile enclosure and paintable white finish provide a clean appearance for modern interiors. The captive dogear mounting system also makes ceiling installation convenient and professional.
